Thank you CTC! Before moving to Hidden Springs we were stuck with Qwest for our ISP and we found their service very frustrating to say the least. CTC's customer service is superb, infact I don't think I have had any service provider that even comes close. It is so refreshing to call CTC customer service and get an actual person to talk to. What is more, CTC has technicians in the neighborhood and any time I've had problems they were able to come within the hour. They have always gone beyond what is required with their service calls by helping us setup internet security, walking me through our WAN setup and even providing cables if needed. By packaging all our services phone, long distance, high speed internet we save hundreds a year on that alone. Not to mention the money we have saved because our internet connection is so fast we turned off cable and just use Netflix, Hulu, Youtube and my husband loves the free ESPN360.com provided by CTC. CTC is a local business and is family run so it makes us feel good to know we are supporting our local economy.
